Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since all tours by AK Orbis Tours are customized, cancellation charges vary depending on suppliers and timelines.

Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges will apply as follows (indicative):

• More than 30 days before travel: 10–20% of total tour cost

• 15–30 days before travel: 30–50% of total tour cost

• 7–14 days before travel: 50–75% of total tour cost

• Less than 7 days before travel / No-show: 100% of total tour cost

(Actual charges depend on airline, hotel, and vendor policies.)

Cancellation by AK Orbis Tours

• In rare cases where a tour is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • An alternative date or itinerary, or

  • A refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

• Bank or gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Important Notes

• No refund for unused or partially used services.

• Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation policies.

• Flight tickets, visas, permits, and adventure activities may be non-refundable.
